Meet Our Staff
Bo Renshaw, MSPT, ATC
I was an athlete in high school and discovered physical therapy when I broke an ankle one summer. I was amazed at what a physical therapist could do without drugs or surgery. When I went to college, I remembered my physical therapy experience and decided to become a physical therapy volunteer, and I quickly found out that this is what I wanted to do with my life. And I've never regretted my decision since.
Interaction with my colleagues is very important. The first benefit that comes to mind is the free flow of information that has had a direct influence on my practice over the years. The second benefit is knowing that something I may have recommended to a colleague has made a difference for a patient I'll never meet. That gives me great satisfaction.
My years of experience, combined with today's advances, allow me to confirm your diagnosis and create a customized treatment plan for you. Over the years, I have helped thousands of patients end their pain and return to their active lives. For me, that's the most rewarding part of my job.

Stan Harris, PT, DPT
My interest in the medical field stemmed from being raised in a medical family. My father is a physician, mother a registered nurse, and also have two brothers that are Physical Therapists. Practicing as a Physical Therapist allows me to provide a needed service to the community.
We take pride in providing individual care with close patient supervision. Our facility arrangement allows excellent patient and staff interaction. Though our facility is large, we want the patient to feel "at home". This environment allows me to enjoy my job and look forward to coming to work.
Along with 28 years of practice, including 21 years in private practice, Stan specializes in vestibular and spine rehabilitation, and especially enjoys the challenge of working with chronic pain patients.
He is married to Betty and has four children from age 26 to 11. His leisure time is spent working on home projects and enjoys the outdoors camping and kayaking.
Kathy Borrelli, PT, OMPT
As a High School senior I investigated several career options to help me make the decision on "what I should do when I grow up." Physical Therapy was appealing because it would allow me to help others improve their life. I have been a physical therapist for 26 years and have never regretted my decision. In Physical Therapy you are always growing and learning as you work with different people and different problems. I am inspired by patient's that are able to battle back from terrible problems and always have a smile on their face. I many times receive as much from the treatment as the patient! Early on I felt a calling to help others, with Physical Therapy being an answer to my prayers.
I appreciate the ability to share ideas with other therapists concerning patient treatments. We all have had different experiences in our careers, and each patient is an individual, so a technique or treatment that worked well with one person may not be the best for another. Having a good working environment where there are other colleagues to brainstorm with on how to help a patient is important to me, and I feel that I have that environment at Harris & Renshaw Physical Therapy.
In the past 26 years I have been practicing Physical Therapy I have seen great changes in philosophy of treatment of different orthopedic and neurological problems. I pride myself in keeping current with the latest thinking concerning different treatment protocols and techniques to benefit my patient's outcome.

Chad Williams, PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS, CSMS
Since junior high school I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in the medical field. I was very active in sports and outdoors so I was naturally attracted to athletic training as a career. As I developed my skills and grew as a professional in athletic training I was exposed to physical therapy and was instantly drawn how physical therapist help individuals achieve his or her goals of returning back to activity. I am blessed to have found my niche and truly enjoy my profession!
Having the opportunity to work with four other physical therapists in a private practice setting is great because that gives me an awesome knowledge base to explore and implement. With so many different backgrounds I feel that I have a good reference for any situation that I may face. I feel that our staff honestly has the patient's best interest in mind and we come together to accomplish whatever needs to be done to get the patient healthy!
In his spare time, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife I'Lisa and playing with his two boys Colton and Collier. Chad is an avid hunter and loves being involved with sports and spending time in the outdoors.
Todd Hobson, PT, DPT, ATC
Sports were always a huge part of my life growing up, and I knew that I wanted to make an impact on future athletes. This lead to my undergraduate education in athletic training, but I did not want to limit myself to rehabilitation of athletes alone. I care about all patient populations and strive to help my patients achieve their highest level of function to improve their quality of life.
I am very excited about the opportunity to work in a clinic with experienced therapists who can act as mentors so that I can further develop my skills as a clinician. I feel very blessed to begin my career as a physical therapist with such a well-rounded and family-centered staff at Harris and Renshaw.
In his free time, Todd enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his wife, Mo. When he is not trying to figure out his golf game, he likes to hunt and stay involved in his church

Lindsey Chance, MS, OTR/L
When choosing my field of study in college, I knew I wanted to be involved in the medical rehabilitation environment. I selected the profession of occupational therapy because of its focus on renewing an individual's ability to participate in everyday activities. As an occupational therapist I am able to engage in a client's values and interest and structure my treatment plan according to what is important to the client. I have had the opportunity to work and study in several different environments such as acute rehabilitation and long term care and now in a private practice. I am excited to continue my practice of occupational therapy with those individuals looking to maximize their participation in everyday activities that they find meaningful.
I value the opportunity to work with other skilled professionals who have an extensive amount of experience and knowledge. I love the fact that my profession is designed to treat each client, individually, based on their current needs, values and interests. Being passionate about my profession and wanting to make a positive impact on people's needs are two qualities that make me the clinician I am today
I love spending time with my husband, David and two kids Carter and Cooper. I am blessed to have my parents and in-laws close by to spend time with as well. I am a HUGE family person. I enjoy watching football and basketball, working at the dance studio, decorating our home, cooking and baking, going for walks, eating out at my favorite local restaurants and traveling.
