Having the opportunity to work with four other physical therapists in a private practice setting is great because that gives me an awesome knowledge base to explore and implement. With so many different backgrounds I feel that I have a good reference for any situation that I may face. I feel that our staff honestly has the patient's best interest in mind and we come together to accomplish whatever needs to be done to get the patient healthy!

Garrett

Garrett Miller, PT, DPT, PTA, DN-CertPhysical Therapist

I decided I wanted to be a physical therapist fairly early in life. My dad was a physical therapist, and I grew up running around the clinics he worked in as a child. I was also very active in sports, and I realized pretty quickly that I wanted to work with athletes. As I grew up, I realized that the same care I wanted to give to athletes could benefit people from all walks of life. Helping people return to the pain-free activities they love and the interaction with patients is what ultimately led me to become a physical therapist.

  • DPT - Doctor of Physical Therapy, Arkansas State University, 2024
  • A.A.S. - Associates of Applied Science, Physical Therapist Assistant, Arkansas State University, Jonesboro AR, 2021
  • BS - Exercise Science, Arkansas State University, Jonesboro AR, 2019

I'm excited to be working in a place where I can interact with and learn from other great physical therapists. It's a relief knowing that I can pick the brains of other therapists to come up with the best plan for my patients. When not at work, I enjoy playing soccer, watching sports, cooking, and spending time with my wife, Keeli, and son, Declan.

Physical Therapist

I became interested in physical therapy in college after taking Anatomy and Physiology and shadowing a physical therapist in my college town of Ames, Iowa. Becoming a physical therapist has enabled me to see the positive results in my patients and the satisfaction that they have at being able to return to activities that were previously limited for them.

Lead Physical Therapy Technician

Before working at HRPT, I did not know much about Physical Therapy. I have always really enjoyed being around other people and getting to know new people. Growing up, I knew that I wanted to be in a career where I was able to help others. Working here, I am enabled to do two of the things that I love! I am originally from Ohio. My husband (who is in the Air Force) and I moved to California (Travis AFB) in 2018. In 2022, we moved to Arkansas, and I am happy to be closer to home! I enjoy hiking, swimming, working out, and gardening.
